Senior Vice President
Salvatore oversees the trading for Oxford Harriman’s clients that focus on income and risk management strategies. His role includes identifying, researching and executing equities for the investment policy committee. Salvatore creates and presents strategies to help meet his clients’ specific requirements. Salvatore prides himself on being transparent, honest, and available when clients need him.

Dennis J. Devane is a Managing Director & Partner for Oxford Harriman, as well a member of the practice’s investment committee. For over thirty years, Dennis has managed multi-generational wealth for private clients with a consultative, high-touch approach, applying sophisticated techniques from the early stages of investment accumulation through retirement and the transfer of wealth to the next generation.

Mr. Cometa presently serves as Managing Director & Partner of Oxford Harriman & Company, as well as serving as a member of the company’s investment policy committee. After a career as a special education teacher in Nanuet, New York and the New York City Public Schools, Tom decided to embark on a new career path and joined Morgan Stanley in New York City as a financial advisor in 2000.

Kent W. Whitaker, CFA®
Kent Whitaker is the President of Oxford Harriman & Company and a member of the practice’s Investment Policy Committee. Kent has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Kent joined Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (WFAFN) in 2010 as a Regional Director in New England overseeing advisor recruiting and business-owner relations. Most recently, prior to joining Oxford Harriman & Company, Kent was a Senior Vice President and Divisional Director for WFAFN in the Northeast.
