Oxford Harriman Announces New St. Joseph, Michigan Office, and the Addition of Dathan Lumpkins as a Managing Director & Partner

Cleveland, OH – October 25, 2024 — Oxford Harriman & Company is pleased to announce that Dathan Lumpkins has combined his wealth management practice, Lumpkins Private Wealth Management with Oxford Harriman & Company, and has joined the practice as a Managing Director & Partner in the new St. Joseph office located in St. Joseph, Michigan.

Dathan has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Oxford Harriman & company, Dathan founded Lumpkins Private Wealth Management, which he launched to provide concierge experience to his clients.

Lumpkins said about his move at Oxford Harriman & Company, “Merging my practice with Oxford Harriman & Co provides the resources, infrastructure, and intellectual capital to help me provide a personalized approach, scalable solutions, and intentional outcomes for our clients.”

Dathan is an advisor who provides a forward-looking experience for families, and foundations/charitable non-profits that align personalized and scalable solutions with a focus on strategy, advice, and service. Dathan’s core competencies include comprehensive planning, high net worth consulting, wealth transfer, executive services, and institutional services.

Prior to founding Lumpkin Private Wealth Management, Dathan worked at Northwestern Mutual where he specialized in retirement planning for physicians. He also spent more than a decade at JP Morgan Securities where he led a team that managed over $900 million in client assets as of May 2012. While at the JP Morgan Private Client Division, Dathan created and executed customized solutions for affluent families. Dathan holds dual degrees and graduate certificates from Harvard University: master’s degree (ALM), Business Management; bachelor’s degree (ALB), Global Studies, cum laude; Graduate Certificate: Finance, Strategic Management.
