Dan Axelson is a Managing Director and Partner in our Boston office in Hingham, Massachusetts. 

Dan has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining Oxford Harriman & company, Dan was the founder and President of Axelson Wealth Management. 

Dan specializes in helping clients formulate an investment plan designed to not only grow their assets, but more importantly to protect their wealth. Dan’s investment planning process is focused on high-net-worth individuals and corporations utilizing unique strategies tailored towards their specific goals, needs, and objectives.

Prior to founding Axelson Wealth Management, Dan spent 10 years with UBS and 12 years with Merrill Lynch. Dan is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Dan resides in Cohasset, MA with his wife, Corey and their three children, Dylanne, Mackenzie and Danny. He is very active in volunteering his time for youth sports and enjoys golfing, fishing, and biking with his friends, family and clients.
