Bailey Financial Group Announces Strategic Merger with Oxford Harriman & Company

Buffalo, NY – September 29, 2023 —

Bailey Financial Group is pleased to announce its merger with Oxford Harriman & Company, a boutique wealth management firm with twenty locations in seven states. The addition of Bailey Financial Group adds offices in Buffalo and Syracuse, NY. 

Mark Bailey started Bailey Financial Group in 2015 and was affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services prior to joining Oxford Harriman & Company. As part of the merger, Bailey has accepted the new managing partner role at Oxford Harriman. Bailey and his team bring more than 90 years of combined experience and knowledge to Oxford Harriman & Company.
