Oxford Harriman Adds Dan Carter as Managing Director and Partner in New Westlake, Ohio Office

Cleveland, Ohio – January 6, 2023 

Oxford Harriman & Company has announced that Dan Carter has joined the private wealth management practice as its newest partner and managing director. Carter will be based in Oxford Harriman’s Westlake, Ohio office. Dan believes that a long-term client relationship is built on working with an organization such as Oxford Harriman & Co. work, a disciplined approach, and excellent service.

Carter brings over 20 years of wealth management experience to Oxford Harriman & Company. Carter began his career in 2002 with Edward Jones Investments. Prior to joining Oxford Harriman, Carter a Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo Advisors in Cleveland, Ohio.

Carter said about his move to become a partner at Oxford Harriman, “After extensive due diligence I was certain this was the best decision for my clients. Moving to the independent channel of Wells Fargo Advisors while partnering with Oxford Harriman’s responsive team and well-established operations staff ensured a smooth transition.”

Carter will continue to manage multi-generational wealth for his clients with a consultative, high touch approach, applying sophisticated techniques from the early stages of seeking investment accumulation through retirement, and the eventual transfer of wealth to the next generation. As a trusted advisor, Dennis will continue to work closely with clients to grow their wealth, striving to ensure their long-term financial and investment goals are met.

Carter graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S in Marketing and is a Certified Financial Planner CFP.
