Melissa Halloran is a seasoned professional with an impressive 30-year career in the financial services industry. Currently, she holds the position of Vice President & Director of Operations for Oxford Harriman & Company.

Throughout her extensive tenure, Melissa has honed a comprehensive understanding of operations, compliance, technology, trading platforms, as well as developing client service models. Melissa’s experience and expertise makes her an asset to our practice. Notably, Melissa has worked with Dennis Barba, CEO and Managing Partner as well as Oxford Harriman’s founder, for the entirety of her remarkable career.

Before joining Oxford & Company, Melissa excelled in various operations roles at well-known financial institutions including Prudential Securities, Advest, Raymond James, and UBS.

In her current capacity as Director of Operations, Melissa plays a crucial role in overseeing many vital aspects of our business, including the client service and experience, operations, trading, compliance, administration, and information technology.

Melissa’s professional qualifications are equally impressive, holding her FINRA Series 7, Series 9, Series 10 and Series 63 registrations.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Melissa enjoys nature-related hobbies, including camping, gardening, and birdwatching. Her love for animals shines through, solidifying her place as an avid animal lover.

Originally from Cleveland, Melissa is proud of her roots and resides in Brook Park, OH, with her husband and their cherished canine companion.
