Jessica has over 10 years’ experience in operations management, human resources and enterprise recruiting both in the United States as well as the Emerging Markets, Paris, London, Germany, and Tel Aviv.

Jessica began her career as a Recruiter in the medical industry, eventually moving into operational and human resource roles.  

Prior to Joining Oxford Harriman & Company Jessica held positions in recruiting, operations and human resources with Improving, Contentsquare, Ohio Living and Innovation Foods. 

Jessica grew up in Northeast, Pennsylvania, earning a bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and renovating her house.

Jessica resides in Chagrin Falls, OH with her three children Payten, Lauren, and Graham and their dog Levi.
