Dennis Barba is the founder and CEO of Oxford Harriman & Company, a private wealth management practice established in Cleveland, Ohio in 2015.

With a presence in thirteen states and over thirty offices, Oxford Harriman is a leader in equipping financial advisors with the resources needed for independence and business growth.

Dennis specializes in guiding and nurturing advisors through the process of launching and expanding their businesses. He leads the acquisition, development, and operational oversight of the practice as well as its expanding network of advisors.

Dennis embarked on his professional career in financial services at Bear Sterns & Company in 1986. Through this extensive career, Dennis authored three books, served as an adjunct professor at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and guest lectured at Miami University and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dennis has dedicated more than twenty years to sharing his knowledge and passion of basketball with countless young players.

He has served as a coach and mentor through his involvement with the Ohio Basketball Club (OBC) and the New York Jayhawks, two well-known Adidas-sponsored AAU programs. Each season he has played a pivotal role in the development, coaching, and placement of players at their respective universities. Dozens of Dennis’ players have advanced to play at the collegiate level and beyond.

In 2023, Dennis expanded his basketball involvement internationally to Thessaloniki, Greece, becoming part owner of the historic Iraklis Basketball Club.
