Chuck Bracken is a Senior Managing Director and Partner at Oxford Harriman & Company in the White Plains, New York office.

Chuck has been a Financial Advisor for over thirty-five years. Prior to joining Oxford Harriman & Company, Chuck was with the Private Client Group of Wells Fargo Advisors where he was a Managing Director.

Chuck works primarily with high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them plan for retirement, and achieve financial independence. His planning strategy involves a focus on generating sufficient income for their long-term needs. He takes a comprehensive approach with clients and aims to address their total balance sheet, including insurance and wealth management.

Chuck helps his clients find the right asset allocation strategy based on their risk tolerance and return objective to help reduce the emotions associated with the volatility of the capital markets. Through strategic planning, Chuck collaborates with his clients to help define the returns they need to achieve their goals.

Chuck graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Chuck lives in Nyack, NY with his wife Liz and their son and daughter. In addition to enjoying travelling with his family, Chuck likes to sing and play guitar and occasionally performs at local nursing homes.
