Amanda Smith is Assistant Vice President of Operations at The K2 Group of Oxford Harriman & Company in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Amanda has built a career distinguished by operational expertise, leadership, and a client-focused approach.

She began her career in 2005 as an administrative assistant and steadily advanced through roles including Business Processor, Senior Brokerage Client Assistant, and most recently Senior Operations Manager before joining Oxford Harriman & Company.

Holding her Series 7 securities registration, Amanda is recognized for her ability to streamline operations, implement efficient procedures, and foster collaboration across teams. Her leadership helps ensure both smooth workflows and elevated client service.

Passionate about bringing structure and clarity to complex processes, Amanda is dedicated to improving both client and team experiences. Her proactive approach and commitment to excellence make her a trusted and valued leader within the practice.

Outside of work, Amanda is a proud mother of two energetic boys whose love of sports keeps her on the sidelines cheering. She enjoys spending time with her husband and extended family, making the most of life’s moments together.
