Ginger has been a vital part of Bailey Financial Group for more than 25 years. Throughout her time, she’s held many roles including overseeing client services, supporting business development, and leading marketing efforts. But above all, her greatest contribution has been the lasting relationships she’s built with our clients and their families.

Because Ginger is patient and a good listener, clients feel heard and comfortable asking her about financial matters they do not fully understand. She enjoys the one-on- one interactions and finding solutions when addressing clients’ questions, concerns and needs.

Ginger has spent her entire career in Buffalo and graduated from the State University of New York College at Buffalo, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics.

On any given day, you may find Ginger preparing for the week’s appointments, planning for clients’ upcoming life events, and creating or updating a Goal Planning & Review plan for a personalized analysis. On other days, she may be proactively contacting clients’ outside resources such as their benefits department, attorney, and CPA; servicing incoming planning-based questions that are time-sensitive to a client; training successors; and overseeing branch operations and marketing.

Ginger was born and raised in Buffalo and lives here today with her husband, Chuck. Ginger loves the beauty and peacefulness of the outdoors and can often be found gardening in her backyard, walking in the community, or vacationing on a beach with family and friends. She also enjoys engaging with her nephew, twin nieces, and Chuck’s children and grandchildren.

Ginger volunteers as often as she can at Cradle Beach Camp and serves as a volunteer for community needs organized through her church.
