Lizette is a Vice President and Managing Principal for Oxford Harriman & Company in the Kingston, New York office.

Lizette has over thirty-three years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Oxford Harriman & Company, Lizette was a co-founder of Meltzer & Hill Wealth Advisory, which became part of Oxford Harriman & Company in September of 2023. She was instrumental in establishing their independent practice in 2013.

During her tenure in the industry, she has held positions as Operations Manager, Regional Supervisory Associate, and Complex Service Manager at Morgan Stanley. Her career experience has been focused on leadership and training of new and established employees in operations, compliance, and branch management. She is active in leading simulated branch audits and compliance meetings.

Lizette is committed to the development and training of employees by helping them attain their highest potential. Lizette expertly implements the supervision of our independent practice. She is dedicated to utilizing her experience by providing strategic vision and oversight while coordinating and managing day-to-day operations.

Lizette grew up in the NYC area and lives in Dutchess County, NY. She is an avid birder and enjoys hiking, cooking, photography, and spending time with her family.
